We have evidence that these alts were being created as far back as June & were still being made until at least November, meaning that whoever is doing this has been preparing to do this all year this year.
This implies a lot about the user, that not only have they been prepping these for a long time but possibly even years. This means that their back catalog of alts could be gigantic & is, against our previous expectations, in no short supply. This implies they're not simply going for a high tier whistle nor does it simply imply that they were being careful by spacing out the creation of alts since many of them were only created a few days apart; they aim to get a Deity whistle.
Why, however, they chose December to start doing this is unknown, a benchmark perhaps? Do they think the Holidays will make the security at Newgrounds weaker?
A better question is why they never appear to break the triple digit mark given how much time it took to create all these accounts. Surely these accounts would be more useful if they left as many abusive reviews as possible? Maybe it's because their proxies are unreliable? It can't be about keeping a low profile since they always target front page content & revisit the same submissions.
That's not all though, the perp stepped up to talk to us in the comments of the previous blog post as the debunked alt, TriggerPuller!
We assure you that we're not interested in "threatening" you. You very much want to be seen, which is the reason why you post abusive reviews on high profile submissions on the front page. One can hardly call it stalking when you advertise yourself so loudly. Your purpose & end goal are very obvious so it's rather puzzling why you'd step up to the podium like this. If you're attempting to be discrete, you're doing a terrible job at it. My only conclusion is that you think you're invincible, which is odd since you're yelling at us to stop. Is it because you like drama? Is this all a play for attention?

So I have heard about this situation today and you can obviously tell the guy behind this is a 12 year that has nothing better to do than leave abusive reviews. You also said this has been going on for over a week? Yeah,that's just a child right there.
Launcher..huh? I've seen someone with that name requesting to delete their account a few months ago and his sign up date was from 200.At least he had the balls to stand up and talk than hide behind a review section.This seems far from over and will be going for a very long time it looks like.
