Anonymous user abusing review system with alts to get Whistle Points [Part #2]

Attention everyone! To those of you who are not up to speed on the situation, please read this post. If you want to be alerted to news on the situation, follow me on Newgrounds to stay updated.

In spite of the activity of this anonymous user being so loud, open & pronounced, I have received word that yes, he is in fact using proxies:

"Set him to delete a minute ago too... Same guy. He uses a bunch of different IPs though." ~TomFulp

So far, we've uncovered thirteen different accounts from this individual. They've used three of them just today alone & we have no expectations of the the activity dropping any time in the near future.

The only change in behavior we've noticed in the past few days is that the user has mostly shifted away from abusing movies & has shifted over to abusing games, as mentioned by ChaingunSnake. Based on this pattern, it's entirely possible that they'll move to abusing audio & follow up with art reviews after that. Up until the point, this anonymous abuser has not, in fact, left any reviews on any audio or art submissions.

@7darkriders @retroarcademonkey @thepsychosheep I see that you guys are online right now & have garbage whistles & I figured that getting some whistle points from RevoDead might interest you.

In other news, the rapid succession in which this anonymous user has been spamming negative reviews has allowed us to tally how many whistle points it takes to get to certain levels. we may have some information regarding whistles that may interest you:

To get to Bronze, you need 50 whistle points

From Bronze to Silver, you need whistle 250 points

To get to Gold from Silver, you need 500 whistle points.

We don't know how many it takes to get to Deity but we suspect it's a thousand. This would mean that you would have to mark 18,000 reviews for abuse in total to get from the default Normal whistle to Deity.

It took me about a week to get from bronze to silver..I'm gonna guess gold is gonna be slower.

There's one left but damn, those first two went like hot cakes. They must have been marked up for a long time.

By the way, I removed Rai from the list; even though he's screaming bloody murder at the author, his review predates 2006 which means it was written before the whistle system came into place, which means it's not considered accountable.

I could've sworn there was a review mod that counted how much it needed and it was like this:

Well it took me all 320+ of those reviews to get from Silver to Gold & I've been at SIlver since 2013. If someone said that, they're lying.

They're from 2004. Their reviews predate the whistle system and don't aren't considered accountable because of it. Anything 2006 and over is all good though.

That wouldn't stop this abuser; this person has a bunch of proxies that they're hiding behind. That's the sole reason they've been getting away with this. Only normal users would get hurt by this rule.
