Reminds me of the Goth music that Digital-Musician used to make back in the day. Death of the Black Rose, the Resurrection, ect. & A Disaffected Youth by Remisser. I miss Remisser. It's depressing like Digital-Musician's music but it has the laid back quality of Remisser's content. I don't know why it's listed under the Video Game "genre" since it doesn't appear to be a cover of a song or really resemble any of the classic 8bit, 16bit or 32bit eras of video game music.

I'm going to favorite this. Then I'm going to scout you both for the Audio Portal and upvote your score.

Thank you for the kind words. I misunderstood Video Game tag. Now it's under Ambient. At least closer :)

I really like the narration at the beginning. I think it adds a lot. Honestly though, if you're gonna make & song about Fat Man & Little Boy, the genre I'd go with would be Industrial Metal since that's a genre centered doom & despair. This honestly sounds more like night club music than a recount of the Nagasaki & Hiroshima bombings.

Even then, I still like how you downplayed the music & tried to simulate the sound of an actual nuclear explosion at 2:30.

I'll scout you for the Audio Portal & upvote your song now.

Thanks Psychopath!

Now that you scouted me I added to more tracks, one about The Binding of Isaac, and one about the anglerfish.

Hope you liked one of the stories!

It would've been cool if you actually somehow got splashing sound effects to simulate a piano rather than simply playing water sound effects & an actual piano side by side. Well that's all. Sorry I couldn't say more.

Sounds like music that could be used for a journey in outerspace or something to that effect. I like the tempo quite a lot. I really appreciate that this song doesn't use every instrument on the table all at once like some songs on Newgrounds.

Thanks you, I appreciate your feedback, that's what I need To continue :D

It's nice man. It's got a lot of build up & momentum. This would be a good song to use in a montage of some sort, like a montage of an Einstein figure calculating a new theory or a group of engineers building and extracting results from the Large Hadron Collider. Something that involves creating something.

I'm surprised you haven't been scouted already. Let me fix that for you.

I don't have much of a review to give you. I could see it being used in a turn-based RPG boss fight so there's that at least.

It's a pretty good cover. I think you have a future in making music.

Since this is a cover it'd be nice if you would change the licensing terms for free to use since the notes you used aren't yours. Then again, it might be better for you keep it that way so that if someone tries to use it for profit, you won't be held liable but I doubt that'd protect you much since web CC terms aren't really recognized by the government.

I digress, I'll scout you for the Audio Portal & upvote your submission.

Thank you very much! :D

Honestly, the hammering piano at the beginning is the weakest part. It really doesn't scream "Epic Comeback" to me, unless this happens to be your epic comeback in which case I can't really say anything to dismiss it since it's meant to be you or something.

Oh by the way, your computer may have been "buggy" because your hardware was insufficient for exporting your audio. It's most likely your processor. You may want to check if you have hyperthreading on.

If you're using Windows, use System Config; Boot; Advanced Options & increase the number of virtual cores you're using. Your computer will need to reboot to make the change.

If you're already hyperthreading at max, you may want to uninstall FL Studio, get CCleaner to clear the registry of FL Studio files & reinstall it.

If neither of those things work, you may need to scan for viruses. Get Malwarebytes & Avast if you don't already have them. Run a custom scan in Malwarebytes & checkmark every option. If you discover an infection you have two choices:

#1: Scrub the hard drive clean by reinstalling Windows.

#2: Go here: http://www.techspot.com/community/forums/virus-and-malware-removal.28/ & follow their instructions on how to disinfect.

If you have no infections & you have few virtual cores, it might be time to upgrade your processor.

keslarium responds:

Hey, thanks for the input! What was happening was all of the applications that I was trying to use to listen to the exported file (aside from Fl Studio) thought that the song length was only like 1:30 or something, so I just opened it in audacity and re-exported it, and it worked. That's all. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to do most of the things you mentioned above. Thanks though! I'm going to work on a new song soon, and I know that the piano is piercing. I'm new to this.

It's more like Japanese Electronic Jazz than House, especially since you made use of a horn instrument throughout a good majority of it with such a laid back atmosphere. House is meant to be long and repetitive with close relations to Dubstep last I checked. I only subtracted 0.5 points in my review score because of this mistake. It's otherwise unflawed in my eyes. You may want to re-categorize it.

I'm going to scout you for the audio portal. I'll also follow up by upvoting your score.

More catchy than most dubstep. I can see why your song is so popular so far. It doesn't even sound like typical dubstep or "brostep" as some like to call it. I honestly don't get why this genre picked up so much in the mainstream but I guess the could be held up as a good example.

DjAbbic responds:

Thanks. I guess the same could be said for anything that goes mainstream. Not being a hippy or anything, but frankly it's quite difficult to explain how most (not all) things become mainstream.

In any case, I'm glad you liked it :)
