I went back through my blog posts and counted up all the reviews I had marked for abuse ever since getting my Gold Whistle & I've discovered that it doesn't take 1000 to get from Gold to Deity, it actually only takes 700. That's still a gargantuan number for a stat that's mostly had its mechanics gutted out. Still, it's pretty fitting considering that seven is a lucky number and oh, how lucky we've been.
