I thought the NG staff were aiming to remove the whistle system and disabled upgrades for it, what gives? Did they change their minds? Will whistle blowing be integrated back into the system?

I'd like to see the asshole who decides to develop a bunch of alts and use proxy servers to write shitty reviews only to flag them with his main account just to grind far enough to make it from the default tier to Deity Whistle. That'd be great.
Hmm, that's actually a good idea. :/ I'd like to see anyone write shitty reviews though, so I can get more than the one occasional flag points! Seems most people post useless but still not really abusive.

Well, you can still gain whistle points for flagging abusive reviews correctly. There are no plans to remove the whistle system and the ability to blow your whistle on flashes might get re-implented in the future.
