Just scanning through the preview pages of his reviews, I can tell that he largely doesn't leave abusive reviews, if any. This is more sand trap than gold mine, unfortunately. Actually, upon further review, you might be able to pin him for his movie reviews on page two starting from "Ironed Out" ending at "Zelda UO: Episode 2" for breaking rule #2 of the review guidelines; that particular string of reviews happen to occur over a few days and are nearly identical, even ending on some variant of "horrendous". I wouldn't mark his review of "Love the Dogs" for abuse since it's distinctly different from the others. There's about five reviews you could potentially get out of that.
Night-Raid be careful, some of those aren't offensive. While they may not be constructive at all, they don't clearly violate rules either.

Since that review is not innately abusive, you're gonna have to send a link to your review and a link to his review to a mod, which will prove that it's a revenge review. Then mark the review for abuse so it will show up on the moderator's dashboard so they can remove it.
