Why not just IP ban him/her? That way the user wouldn't be able to use any account on their internet connection, alt or personal.... there is no need to go through this huge trouble. Unless he is doing something so that that wouldn't work?
He has a bunch of proxies, nobody knows what the main account or IP is.

So I have heard about this situation today and you can obviously tell the guy behind this is a 12 year that has nothing better to do than leave abusive reviews. You also said this has been going on for over a week? Yeah,that's just a child right there.
Launcher..huh? I've seen someone with that name requesting to delete their account a few months ago and his sign up date was from 200.At least he had the balls to stand up and talk than hide behind a review section.This seems far from over and will be going for a very long time it looks like.
