Well it took me all 320+ of those reviews to get from Silver to Gold & I've been at SIlver since 2013. If someone said that, they're lying.

They're from 2004. Their reviews predate the whistle system and don't aren't considered accountable because of it. Anything 2006 and over is all good though.

Go ahead, they should get removed since the whistle system was from 2002 but if they revert back after you mark them, I don't recommend trying again.

That wouldn't stop this abuser; this person has a bunch of proxies that they're hiding behind. That's the sole reason they've been getting away with this. Only normal users would get hurt by this rule.
